    There is four type model for knowledge creation

    SECI

    Socialization: in which people learn to see others working like an apprentice in a workshop
    Externalization: where people learn by communicating others.lecturing
    Internalization: People learn by listning
    Combination: by thinking
    Does library falls in all four typps
